Annual Member Meeting
Join your Oakley Hill neighbors for our 2024 Annual Meeting at Roma’s! Hors d’oeuvres and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided by the HOA starting at 6:30 PM. Meeting to follow at 7:00 PM. A Zoom link will be provided for those who may need to join remotely.

Yard Sale - Fall 2023
It’s time again for our semi-annual community yard sale! Take advantage of this opportunity to free up some space and give your unused items a new home.
Do you have a feature item that you’d like to advertise for sale? Feel free to take a picture and post details, asking price, etc. as a comment on this event! You never know when a neighbor may be looking for the very item you’re selling!
If you have a nearby neighbor who is also selling, you may wish to collocate your items to help drive buyers to your sale. Please keep the streets clear for traffic safety.
Sale Date: September 23, 8:00-12:00
Rain Date: September 30, 8:00-12:00
Any rain date notice will be posted to this event page on Facebook.
Advertising will occur on Facebook Marketplace, Nextdoor, and the Mechanicsville Local. The neighborhood has a sale banner that will be posted at the neighborhood entrance on the Sunday prior to the sale.
